    well cant get the hinges or body to line up ang go together nicely so im supergluing all down that way i dont hafta worry about its hinges snapping apart.

    Thanks. Not many shelbies ever after the old gt40 will be coming especially in blue. Maybe if anyone makes a 2015-20?? (next gen mustang) GT500 kill i will make one to finish them off. i have a feeling though the shelbies will be dieing off after this next gen.

    Hood striping done, airgrabber decals, plymouth logo on trunk some chrome, and the hood blinker lights are painted.

    spent all morning on the suspensions and interior start.

    how do people make those things for the engine wire so that they look nicer? i ve been wiring for a couple years now and havent figured out if you buy them or are extremely careful making them.

    i built that kit into a ford raptor wanna be. The police car is a bummer, and i have yet to try the 53.

    got the body painted and the engine assembled. The valve covers are from a cobra mustang.

    Finished it up Its posing with its brothers (the shelby blue crew) The engine stabalizer bars that you can see through the engine there are shelby logos. The engine is racing blue. My only issue is the decals didnt wanna play nice. The last image is with my 1960s gt40 that im working on.

    i like it it represents the pointy nose mk1 gt40s not necessarily the mk2 longer front. i just painted the body. the engine is being built. ive got 3 projects right now this, a 2005 gt40, and a johan superbird.

    This is the ex aurora gt40 kit with the pointy nose. its not getting the racing decals but stripes from the amt 2005 ford gt40. If you know anything of my shelby blue crew it is gonna be a member. ALl the shelby blue crew members are 1/25 scale i had to search real hard to find a old gt40 not 1/24 scale.

    for taillights i took 2 pieces of scotch tape and a red permanent marker taped them to the inside of the rear and done 2 second tailights

    well got the old gt40 kit today boy they were alot smaller than the new gt's. and the body got some paint today. i also got exceptped into UTI for the ford fact program today.

    combine the internet with the better times and then i would be in my dreams. i may be a teenager 90s kid but im aint no rap blasting pants sagging person i like the good ol cars and ways.

    thats how i got the parts for my 74 dart conversion and to start my superbird project.

    up until this i though my dad was the best at detailing engines never has anything (in my opinion) beat his detailing.

    if youve seen my dart this things chop and fill is better. i spent months making the dart look good but its not the best at all. shoot even my custom made taillights look like poo.
