    '78 T-birds were`nt NASCAR's Torino's were in 78 , in '81 they were using Thunderbird's but the body style had changed in '79

    They were the Alabama state patrol and Illinois state patrol pre paints,i bought two planning to make a taxi from one, but ran into some issues with paint,so it became a getaway car

    How wide are they? The 1:1 wheels on our van are really wide, i could always make them bigger but just curious how wide??

    Closest wheels i have ever seen in a kit would be the skinny rims in the revell low rider magazine `53 Bel air kit,but they are too skinny.Look somewhat like this:

    Don`t know if they`ve been made,but a 70`s model could probably easily modified into a 90`s.So if nothing else.Looks like this.

    I got this kit as a freebie,gave it my first rust attempt and stole the engine for a '53 Bel Air. Hope ya like.

    I dropped a 327 out of an impala in mine with no problems. Just left the old Straight 6 it had out.

    i don`t need it anymore. the thing was trashed,taped together, half of the rear bumper, no steering wheel, cracked windshield, worn grille , and to boot a huge crack in the hood .covered it in bondo and using it as a restoration in progress for my garage...
