I omitted the headlights this time, made a stake bed out of Popsicle sticks and plywood,added a spare, built the gas tank out of random junk, swapped the front & rear suspension with that of a NASCAR,swapped the wheels for NASCAR D-locks,and swapped the tires for Goodyear Rally GT big n littles that are from AMT's 53 Corvette.Enjoy

I have a set of the MH race masters from AMT's 76 Gremlin, and the words "MH RACEMASTER" have rubbed off of one of the two tires in the kit.Has anyone else had this problem?Does anybody have a spare that they could send me? Thanks in advance.

Well, that body is officially junk.When I was going to remove the other door it brought the A-pillar and rocker panel with it. Build will eventually be continued, but I will have to track down a whole new kit( I screwed the frame up too).So don't expect any updates for quite a while.

That's how i felt, I didn't hate the rims, they just looked out of place on that truck. Looked to me like they belonged on a Civic or something.

15 or 9 I take it you hated the kit rims the same way I did.

Dremels are pretty easy and fun to use. My very first custom was made using a Dremel. I have since redone it(didn't use putty and it looked weird with a big hole in the back of the cab, and I never liked the bed.)http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=58836&hl=
