  1. It's been a while since I've posted, but I had this idea that turned out pretty decent, so I thought I'd share. I've never been a huge fan of the Racer's Wedge - it seemed to always shoot up in the air too high. I have a couple of them, including an original, but I thought, "why not cut it up and bring it down a bit?" I cut the ramp in two, and then altered the box. I'm sure someone else has done it before, but it's my first shot at something like this! Thanks for letting me share.
  2. Looks like the 1/25 AMT Haulaway Trailer is being reissued in 2020 as kit number 1193: AMT-1193 1/25 Five-Car Automobile Haulaway Trailer Not sure what the box art will look like, but I have to think the below is the best option:
  3. http://davidsclassiccars.com/chevrolet/158445-1984-chevy-3500-ramp-truck-car-hauler-wrecker-flatbed.html Copied directly from the listing: 1984 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 3500 HAULER Additional Info: This is a great hauler drive anywhere drive train engine/trans has less than 10,000 miles on it hop in it and go, it has hauled many cars to California an back never a problem this it not to haul large cars it hauls two at a time Toyota, subaru,mg,honda, small fords, dodge or ect. an even mid size ok like jag or chevy s10 can haul a third if you have a car dolly all wired for it. This truck has a big block 454 with slight cam has tons of power has no problem pulling them 60 plus down the road up or down or flat ground. It has a winch to pull up cars that don't run or go or whatever and built in ratchet assemblies to cinch down and secure cars plus safety chains . The rear tires are New also this truck is not perfect looking but running gear wise it is and a workaholic !!!!!
  4. I finally found a trailer to go with these beautiful model F-650's... I had always had this in mind to do, but only recently, was able to accomplish it... Found them on ebay, of course, and painted one of them to suit me...
  5. Hey guys. Figured I would show you what I'm Currently working on. It's a kit bash of a 1965 Chevy race car hauler. Have had the two kits for a while just sitting in the closet and one day I had the idea of combining the two together and some parts boxes to do it. Let me know what what you guys think and also open to ideas as well. kind of " wingin " it. Debating if I want to run one ton suspension and a dual rear tire axle on the back or not The two kits i'm using are Revell Monogram 1965 Chevy stepside kit # 85-7249 Amt/Ertl Model King Open Road Camper and Racers Wedge Model King #21453p Here's a few pictures of what I got done so far. Bare with the crappy camera, still trying to figure it out not to mention it was a cloudy day I went with a flat white for the ramp bed. the color is a gloss burgundy with a gloss white top cut the rear frame of the 65 pick up and re worked it but still have to add some frame rails so it will be a full frame plain jane interior. Flat white and some detail done
