I have a very nicely printed and big Razor Crest model... sadly it was a big error! I have a single scale for everythings that flies... 1:48 scale! So I measured that model false and got it printed the wrong scale! It is in flight position with no landing gear - but heavy structure inside to prevent warping or whatever to put it on a polished pipe. Would love to trade against other model kits - looking for: - MPC Thundercharger (Barris) - AMT Fireball 500 (original small box issue) - Kenner Star Wars figures 77-84 - maybe other 1:48 scale Star Wars models like x-wing (fine molds) But we have to match the pinting costs of 300 Dollars... let´s talk on email: rockinroller@gmx.de For all you INCH-guys... 2.54cm = 1 inch ?

what paint should i use for Star Wars AT-AT?

I’m just about finished with my AT-AT diorama. The last part I’m having trouble with is finding a way to replicate the cable wrapped around the legs and trying to suspend the snow speeder with the tow cable alone. I’ve seen several guys use various guaged of wire which look too heavy to be scale looking . I raided my wife’s jewelry making supplies and found that a 22 gauge wire is strong enough to hold the vehicle suspended in the air without having to use a mounting stick attached to the base however it does not look scale and is a little too thick still . I tried to use CA coated upholstery thread and that doesn’t seem to work either. I have some really thin lengths of styrene rod but they don’t have the strength to hold up the vehicle either. Does anyone have any other ideas? I’m all ears.

My version of the old Return of the Jedi model kit. I added quite a bit of greebling around the sides, added hoses here and there and shortened the cockpit a bit, as it looked too long to me. I also added some scars on the hull too. I tentatively say it's done, but I want to work on the engine more. Sadly, I frosted the cockpit glass as well. I weathered it with acrylics.

Hey! I picked up a side project for fun and to fill the time! It's a little 1/32 scale 1976 Star Wars R2 D2 van kit, missing many part's but i though it would go great with the Moonscope thing. This build was also Inspired by my good friends comic and children's costume play armor, Moonscope parts on this van with a tie fighter window! In a world of space exploration. it seems to fit well. Enjoy! Jonathan
