Loadmat
Does anyone know of a 1964 International Dump Truck Cab in 1/25 scale? My Uncle Chip owned one when I was a wee lad. I remember him cussin' that truck one minute & arguing with my other Uncles the next minute about there not being a finer Dump on the road. Seems he put three or four motors in it. It was light blue with a black bed & frame - just found a picture of it the other day. Wow - good memories.

There are a few resin options out there, but it depends on what it was.
Chuck Most
I'm guessing it's a Loadstar. If that's the case. R&R Vacuum Craft used to cast a '57 (they listed it as a '56) A-100 pickup. You'd need to make a few changes and do the front fenders and hood, but that is the basic cab you'd need. The owner of R&R passed away a couple of years ago, but they still come up for sale every so often. There is somebody working on a Loadstar to be cast in resin but it isn't out yet. There are heavier IH cabs out there, but I'm not sure if they're the of the right vintage for you.
Loadmat
Thanks for the info. I do have a picture & I think my Cousin might know the model number. I don't know the yardage size - if it was gas or diesel. It wasn't as big as say a Mack or Diamond Reo Dump Truck. Thanks Again
1930fordpickup
I would think it was a gas engine being that he put 3 or four engines in it.

Kit Basher
Don't tease me, Dave! I've been waiting for you to finish that Loadstar cab for years! (I'm just kidding, I'm sure you have a lot more important things to do. But check out my avatar!)
