Chariots of Fire
I've been working on a Chevy Fire Dept. Tanker for a while now. It's almost done. Just a few more details. Charlie Rowley (Chariots of Fire)
Aaronw
Of course I've seen this already, but very nice. That front mount pump really steals the show, it could be a stand alone build.

lizardlust
LORD, if I could only build like that.....!! Incredible - I second the statement about the front pump being a model unto itself!! Did you begin with a Modelhaus cab, or did you create your own from a Revell 64 Chevy?? The ends of the hard suction lines appear to be turned metal - your own creations?? Beautiful replica - works like these make me feel like an eight-year-old with a tube o' glue and a spray can!!!

The pump is scratch built. The ends of the hard suction are aluminum tubing with bits of brass for the handles. I just painted them chrome silver. I couldn't agree more, that front pump is a work of art all by itself. I can't wait to see it finished -Steve
