gasser59 Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 I think you can call Andy at Andy's Hobby Headquarters on the SW corner of Greenway and 59th Ave. His number is on the flyer.
Danno Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 There have been two "NNL-style" contests in Arizona every year for the past eight years, Aaron. GoodGuys Spring Nationals, 6th Annual Model Car and Pedal Car Contest, March 13-15, 2016, at WestWorld, Scottsdale.GoodGuys Southwest Nationals, 18th Annual Model Car and Pedal Car Contest, November 20-22, 2016, at WestWorld, Scottsdale. No entry fees for either event, unlimited entries. All one has to do is participate.
AZ Boy Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Absolutely correct, Brad. As a matter of fact, I was just speaking with Andy today. He says that the best way to contact him is via email ( which is also listed on the flyer above ). That way, he'll be able to send you the vendor form. Thanks for your interests, Mike K.!

Davewilly Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 Sounds like it might be a cool show with lots to see being like a IPMS type show with types of subjects.
Petetrucker07 Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 I'm sure gonna try to get out there. Might be tough, but I'll try.
AZ Boy Posted July 26, 2015 Posted July 26, 2015 (edited) Real NICE job on that video, Andy. Now that the 'Teaser' trailer is on the web, you can start production on the full, theatrical trailer! ☺️ ? ? ?Seriously tho...Great job, Sir! Edited July 26, 2015 by AZ Boy

Davewilly Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Well This one is almost here! Looking forward to coming by for a look and cruise the swap meet and contest tables
gasser59 Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 I know. I've some stuff to get finished before then so I'll be busy.
AZ Boy Posted January 24, 2016 Posted January 24, 2016 Well This one is almost here! Looking forward to coming by for a look and cruise the swap meet and contest tablesC'mon by and enter some, Dave. I've seen the awards. They are very nice looking. Because it's NNL style, voting for the winners will be done exclusively by the contestants themselves. To me, it's way more gratifying to be recognized by your peers than by a few judges, or by the general public where the results could be skewed.

I'm hearing that the raffle will have tons of Tamiya kits, supplies and other goodies offered. I've seen the builders choice awards, and they look great. Along with a nice lineup of vendors, I'm sure a great time will be had by all...!!
Misha Posted February 16, 2016 Posted February 16, 2016 Looking forward to this Saturday's event! It's great to have an additional show along with the upcoming GoodGuys event in March and the Desert Classic in April. Unfortunately going to miss the last one as I'll be heading back to Vancouver Island all tanned and dry, so very happy about the Canyon State show. Here's a map of where it's being held, hope to see a lot of the local forum members! Cheers Misha
Greg Myers Posted February 16, 2016 Posted February 16, 2016 You bet. By the way that's right on Greenway Road just west of 35th ave. on the north side of the street.
