I am 44 yrs old, new to the site. My son builds alot of trucks, I ride bikes, and am trying to get through a long hard winter. I have not touched a model since I was about 13 and decided to give it a shot, here is my start.

First time with an air brush too. Clear coat did not flow too well, should I be thinning it? I am using Tamiya paint products.

Here is my full size bike

Wecome Aboard. I think you'll like it here. :) Looks like your off to a great start. The build looks good so far. The real bike doesn't look to shabby either. Keep us posted on your progress.

well... howz the build goin'

I built this kit a couple of months ago

very nice bike kit, just like all Tamiya bike kits are

was worried about the yellow body color bleeding thru the white decal,

but decal covered perfectly without takin' on a creamy color...

have fun

Thanks for all the reply's. Have not had time to touch it, work has been too busy. But will finish it off soon, then I have 1/72 Hobby Craft Avro Arrow that has been sitting unopened on a shelf for two years now.
