This is a bit of an oddball. This one is a release from the british company Frog, from around 1970. They inherited the model from the japanese company Sankyo, which in turn did a ripoff of the Lindberg kit. Of course, Sankyo changed the chassis into something very simple and unrealistic, and made the model into a motorized curbside, and then Frog did remove the motor....

So if you open the hood it's all empty except for a strange looking firewall that obviously is made to house a battery box.

But for a very simple kit, I'm quite satisfied myself with the outcome.
