Anyone else having problems with pages loading?

Pretty much what the title says, anyone else having trouble with pages loading from the site? So far, I've only had trouble with 2 topics that will not load, the "Kit bashing-the art of rivet counting" thread by afx, and the "Your thoughts on the Poison Pinto, Rat Vega, and the Vega Mini-Van" by Greg Myers. So far, everything else seems to work fine, but with those 2 I get a "can not load page" message and an otherwise blank screen. I just want to make sure it's not something on my end.

What browser are you using?..I'm on Google Chrome and never have problems

Sometimes I do. But then when I come back later in the day the page will load.

Yes, I have had the same issue with two or three threads recently; the Gran Torino thread was the first, and then a couple of others. I'll get a message that says Edge was trying to load the page several times, and couldn't so it gave up. It usually happens on certain pages;  page 13 of the Torino thread was fine, page 14 never loaded, page 15 loaded fine for a few replies then it started acting the same way.

I was using Edge on Windows 10. When I use IE 11, everything is fine. I can see all the pages I couldn't see in Edge.

This morning, every time I opened a page, I got a popup asking me if I wanted to download or convert some file. Of course I clicked the X button on them, and stayed off the site all day. Never saw that before, and I'm not seeing it now.

I think we might have found the culprit.  I'm using Edge. I'll try it in Chrome, see if that makes a difference. I've had off and on problems with a few other sites, mainly YouTube, using Edge, but they work fine with Chrome.

Appreciate the input.

You're welcome. It's a shame; I don't think Edge is quite ready for prime time. I like it a lot, but it doesn't have all, or even most, of the functionality of the more established browsers. Some sites seem to work much better with Edge, others work much worse. I hope upgrades come soon for Edge.

I'm having some problems with some pic links not loading. Then I try again a little while later and they're there. I'm also still having text while quoting, buy no often.

I have the same problem with pictures. I hit the refresh button--sometimes it takes two or three times--and they eventually appear.
