Hi,

I'm thinking about ordering from Hobby Search and have them send to the US where i'll pick it up during my stay.

But how long does shipping take?

It depends on what shipping method you chose,  my last order from Hobby Search using SAL took right around two weeks , if using EMS, give it a week depending on where its going in the US

EMS gets it to (far) Northern California in a week, consistently.

Might be quicker for you, I'm 3-4 hours(by truck) and at least 2 post offices from a major airport . 

Also when you place your order makes a difference (closed Sundays and on Japanese holidays) and if the products are in stock.
