Had a '51 Ford a hundred years ago. The block and heads were a flat bronze color. The road draft tube , air cleaner, generator, water pump pulleys and various brackets were black. The fuel pump was a natural silver metal color. the base plate for the carb was a gray black color and the carb. it's self was a very flat silver.  Now that is sore of O.E.M. colors. In later usage they could become what ever color the builder wanted them to be.
