Lordairgtr, Can you tell me anything else about it? It looks like they used Thunderbird parts. What was under the bodywork?

there is a Mach 1 logo on the vertical stabilizer. Was this the first use of that name?

Oh great, another Holy Grail. I want one! Kit and real. "Designed to go 500 mph, how do you steer it?" How do you steer it!? How do you stop it!!?

Cal, Winding Road is an e-mag that I get gratis, I don't know why. One of the features this month is on the BMW. Where did you see it? I think the car debuted in April.

I think Autoweek, but don't remember for sure, it might have been C&D or R&T.

It looks Mazdaesque, mid 70's. I'm just guessing.

As for the Levacar, I would expect at least a hatch in the bottom to throw out an anchor! I can't help but wonder what ford was thinking. Where are the cars we were promised!?

or toyotish, nice pavers

Yeah, that was the Mazda 121 Landau. I know seems strange.

Cosmo AP AKA RX-5 was the rotary version and the 121, 121 Landau, and Cosmo 1800 was the piston version. I guess also known as an CD Cosmo, and there was a JC Cosmo and Eunos Cosmo was well as the HB Cosmo or Mazda Luce, apparently related to the 929.
