....and the Yokohama AVS Intermediate tires he's runnin' with the spoiler that looks like a MkI golf piece!(Those tires means he likes to go left and right as much as straight! :) ) I wouldn't be surprised if those lights are yellow for foggy driving due to living in Oregon.

Well, not that Awesome haha But it is do-able. If you want to live under sea-level and between cows and walk on wooden shoes, eat cheese all day long :D

Who is Nader?

Sweet! I always wanted to walk on wooden shoes and eat cheese all day long :)

Nader, oh he's my hero! People hated him though, he hated this car, along with the Pinto and the Pacer I think, because they were "unsafe" at any speed :) yeah ok, not if you drove em like your supposed to and race them even nimrod! No hotdogs either? He also ran for president but....failed..ask some of the other members on here that remember him, they'll be able to tell more about him than me. :)

Hoooooly ######!:blink: It was just a few replies last night and I get on again and it's 3 pages already and 47 replies. This took off better than I expected.:lol:

Well dang, everybody I showed that to had a hard time but of course you got it, it is a 20 valve 5 cylinder twin turbo, you have to look closer Andy  ........dang you are good! :D

ok how is this a golf/rabbit body on a Porsche 928 frame?

I can't remember what I had for breakfast, but I do remember this car. You really have to look at it carefully. The widened the body by about 12" to get it to fit over the 928 chassis. I thought it was a BB conversion. They did a really amazing job on it. Ultimate sleeper. It was not a rough backyard job either. The interior was top notch as were the mechanicals.

yeah, it could smoke a lot of cars! It proves you don't have to be a hugely named mechanic with a lot of money to build a fast sports car

Looks to be an Austin A35 2-door Saloon. Somewhere between 1956 and 1956. It kinda looks like someone chopped a foot or so off of it and pieced it back together.

Your definitely on the right track, but not quite right.

Well it's got to be an A30 or A35. The 35 has a larger grill and a better engine.

Not too clear at the angle but I am going to go with A30.

The car is a 1957 Austin A35 Peanut. It just dawned on me that the name may be different in different countries. Please advise me if this is the case.

Well the knickname for this car is definately Peanut in the UK. It never had an official name like the Devon, Somerset or or Cambridge.
