New Game! I like quotes, as do many of you, based on your signatures. Let's put some out there and see if anyone can guess who said them..........

I'll start!

"Beauty should be edible, or not at all."

Salvador Dali.          :D

Bill, you are correct! Not sure who said yours, but I like it...........

"The most important thing is not to stop questioning."

Here are some good ones. Who said what?

“We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light.”

“The hardest thing to explain is the glaringly evident which everybody has decided not to see.”

“There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn't true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true.”

“There is a cult of ignorance in the United States, and there has always been. The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.”

“No drug, not even alcohol, causes the fundamental ills of society. If we're looking for the source of our troubles, we shouldn't test people for drugs, we should test them for stupidity, ignorance, greed and love of power.”

"To think for yourself, you must question authority... and learn how to put yourself in a state of vulnerable open-mindedness, chaotic confused vulnerability, to inform yourself"

No buts.

I just presented the quote, not any commentary related to it. He said what he said. You (or snopes.com or anyone) can interpret it any way you want to, but the words are what they are.
