oldnslow Posted November 12, 2015 Posted November 12, 2015 If you look at the blower, the case is made for a top mounted system, the front mount case is different.
Scott Colmer Posted November 12, 2015 Posted November 12, 2015 That's what I thought. too - wrong blower case for the application. You can see how the front mount system requires two manifolds and two delivery tubes. Wish I had that stash!
DrKerry Posted November 13, 2015 Posted November 13, 2015 (edited) They may be out of sight, but I am looking for the two tubes that run from the blower manifold to the engine manifold. Also I can't spot the blower manifold. The two tubes are all I don't see, the intake is above and to the right of the clutch assembly (with two aluminum tubes mounted on top of it). The mount if you will for the blower is attached to the blower on the right hand side, it's also the timing cover. Oops, didn't see second page, guess it's already figured out!! LOLYeah the two tubes aren't shown in the pic from what I can see.. Love the vintage mills in that pic Robert!!!!!!! Edited November 13, 2015 by DrKerry
oldnslow Posted November 13, 2015 Posted November 13, 2015 Another little detail I didn't notice, this particular intake has fuel injection nozzles plumbed into it, haven't ever seen that before. Usually the fuel is injected at the air intake to help cool the supercharger, maybe this one had both?
