Or, drill the axles and put pins in them.

anarximis Posted January 30, 2016 Author Posted January 30, 2016 iam trying to figure out if iam going make it with the hood and finders able to open and close or just wait and leave it solid and when i feel up to then do it.
Superpeterbilt Posted January 31, 2016 Posted January 31, 2016 iam trying to figure out if iam going make it with the hood and finders able to open and close or just wait and leave it solid and when i feel up to then do it.If your not at least 75% confident, then I wouldnt try it. Its very easy to ruin resin. But then again, youll never know unless you try. I didnt attempt anything like this until I had built a fair amount of resin trucks, and back then the resin was much thicker. You might be able to get away with using the hood and grill from a DM 800(which already opens), and the resin fenders. The hood should be pretty similar in shape to the RM, and if not should be easy to fix. Im sure I have an extra hood.
anarximis Posted February 1, 2016 Author Posted February 1, 2016 iam willing to try but i think ill wait till after the contest to open it up just so i can have some back ground with resin
