Something a little different this week. Can you identify the model? Can you identify this specific car?

PM me with your answer (Make, model and year or exact car identification).

Please do NOT post anything in the comments that will help others to identify the vehicle.

Please do NOT use reverse image lookup, as it defeats the entire purpose of the game.

Generic answer: 1953-56 Austin Healey 100s

Specific car: This car was involved in the 1955 Le-Mans disaster. Details in this link.

My sincerest apologies to everyone, especially those who took the trouble to research this subject. l am such a smarta*se that didn't even occur to me that the competition was still open before boasting about my car owning (part owning in this case) history. Particular apologies to Ken who came up with an interesting variation on the usual theme.

Merry Christmas to all

Oh yeah it was that car! Year, Make and Model were relatively easy, but I couldn't find the information that this car was in that LeMans disaster. That is not a bad looking car!
