unclescott58 Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Noodling around on my new axe and I figured this out!20151227_231021.mp4What is it? It does nothing when I press the button/arrow that should get it to play.
philo426 Posted December 28, 2015 Author Posted December 28, 2015 Yes the vid will not play.Very odd indeed.I hit choose files and camcorder and there is a text that claims the vid uploaded but it will not play.
MrObsessive Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 It opened up in my RealPlayer------I'm using Chrome BTW. Not sure what tune that is though.............
Snake45 Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Played for me. I recognize the tune but can't name it. Sounds like the theme to some snotty PBS show or something like that. Masterpiece Theater?
Harry P. Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Played for me. I recognize the tune but can't name it. Sounds like the theme to some snotty PBS show or something like that. Masterpiece Theater? You recognize the tune... so are you saying you watch snooty PBS shows?
peter31a Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 "Dance, Dance wherever you may be. I am the lord of the dance said he." At least that's the song that is coming to mind when I hear this.
philo426 Posted December 29, 2015 Author Posted December 29, 2015 Yeah my wife watches that show but I do not but I probably heard iit as I was passing through the room.
Snake45 Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 You recognize the tune... so are you saying you watch snooty PBS shows? No. Maybe I recognize it from an SNL or SCTV parody.
Deano Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 Yes ... a variation on Simple Gifts/Lord of the Dance. Guitar has nice tone.
Harry P. Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 What brand of gee-tar is it? Can't tell from just seeing a part of the neck...
Russell C Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Thanks for finding the title!Anytime. My mind is cluttered with loads of stuff, my first guess was that the tune was the same thing as what was in the old "Beef. It's whats for dinner" commercials with the Robert Mitchum voiceovers, which I knew used an Aaron Copeland tune, but I have no idea why I knew that. However, not the same tune, though, so I did a wider search of Copeland stuff 'till I found it.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tviyAIS9c_U
