Harry P. Posted February 2, 2016 Posted February 2, 2016 Definitely not my thing as far as subject matter goes, but man oh man, that is one beautifully done model! It could almost pass for the real thing in your photos. Very impressive work.
DumpyDan Posted February 3, 2016 Posted February 3, 2016 Wow that is so nice, one question though where did you get the snow I have been to Salisbury, N.C and didn't see any snow. Great build.
Petetrucker07 Posted February 3, 2016 Posted February 3, 2016 Can't believe I missed the finish of this. Amazing work man. I really like what you've done here. You really pulled off the look. That Detroit looks right at home under this hood.
DRIPTROIT 71 Posted February 3, 2016 Author Posted February 3, 2016 Tony, Jan, Gergo, and Gino: Thanks so much for the kind words!Harry: Thanks so much for the encouragement! I'm kind of partial to old jacked up 4x4's, we built a few 1:1's back in the day. I always wanted to put a Detroit in one and this was way cheaper. (L.O.L.)Dan: Thanks for the kind words! We had some snow and ice a couple of weeks ago and I thought that I would try some snow pictures. I'm pretty satisfied with how they turned out.Clayton: Thanks so much for the encouragement during the entire build!
