First build in several years, '32 Ford

Haven't even visited the site in a long time, here's my '32. I know it's missing the windshields surround, not sure where it went.

The engine is just a bit of a made up job like most of the car is, wanted something different.

Nothing wrong with a 4-banger.  Where did you get the webber carbs?  Looks like a 1:1 I'd like to build.

Nothing wrong with a 4-banger.  Where did you get the webber carbs?  Looks like a 1:1 I'd like to build.

The Webbers were out of the parts bin, don't honestly recall what kit they were from.

No, I built it as a semi-rat. Basically an old body with a newer chassis and driveline.

Very nice Rat. However those side draft Webbers are going to be very problematic at that steep angle, they need to be mounted more horizontally. (Just saying.)

Yeah, I know but it looks cool this way.

That's just the angle the manifold I had put them at so I went with it, That's the best part about scale models is that the build doesn't actually have to function.
