thunderbolt
Hi all, 62 year young modeler, I like to build cars from 50's 60's 70's mostly Stock, some pro street, some drag. some custom. Having a background in auto body repair, I like to use base coat-clear coat on my build's. Not into contest, just like a nice clean build and mild detail. I have too many in my stash to super detail every build now! Some of you builders in my age bracket now where I am coming from!!! Anyways, Just wanted to give a shout out to you fellow builders. Thank's, Dan

StevenGuthmiller
Wow Dan! You & I have a lot in common! If I didn't see the name I would have thought your intro was me! I'm a little younger, 53, But I also build mostly stock, 50s & 60s kits. I use base & clear on my projects & am also happy with a clean build with mild detail. Not into shows & contests either. I have no background in body work. I was a drywall subcontractor for 25 years. Can't wait to see some of your work! Welcome! Steve

StevenGuthmiller
Thank's for the welcome, When I figure out how to post pics from photobucket, I will post some. http://http://i1303.photobucket.com/albums/ag154/bcthunderbolt/Factory stock/models005_zps246e9bc9.jpg There have been some issues posting photos around here as of late, but the best solution seems to be just to "copy" & then "paste" to the forum. Nice '60 Starliner by the way. Just goes to show how much we really do have in common! Steve
