plastic trucker Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 Anyone watching the live bald eagles nest in the Washington DC area? There's a a live stream with two different camera angles.
High octane Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 I caught a bit of that on the news the other night. I've seen lots of bald eagles over the Mississippi river and also in Alaska.
plastic trucker Posted March 20, 2016 Author Posted March 20, 2016 We have a few here too, But it's always fun to watch them. And any other animals too.
Belugawrx Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 There is a Bald Eagle nest, and active family, up here on the 15 Mile Creek marsh, emptying into Lake Ontario,....Trying to get pics
Harry P. Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 Have not seen that, but bald eagles have come back from the brink of extinction. Today they are doing just fine, thanks to laws that protect them. What kind of country would we be if our national symbol didn't exist?
Kit Basher Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 I see more on the rivers around here every year. Thank you Rachel Carson. (If you don't know who that is, google it.)
Snake45 Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 What kind of country would we be if our national symbol didn't exist? What, you mean our Constitution? Looks like we're finding out. Back on topic: Haven't seen it, but I did hear Tammy Bruce talking about it the other night on the radio. (Anybody else here hear that?)
