cobraman
I like to build something different once in awhile and while spending some time on ebay I came across this kit. It's different and never built anything quite like it so.......... I ordered it. It's a kit by Aoshima. It is 1/350 scale model of Thunderbird 1 and the launch bay. Looks pretty simple. Lots of detail is molded into the walls and I would have rather have more pieces because it would be easier to paint. There will be lots of detail painting to do. Box photo shows office with glass windows and interior but not so with the kit. They are molded into the wall and instructions call for just painting the windows black. There are other differences from the box art but a photo on the side shows the actual model. I guess the box cover shows a photo from the movie.
