Janne Herajärvi Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Like tittle says, this bomber is going to have 409 engine.. Engine is saved from gluebomb, all other is from untouched Revell sedan kit.. Some scrach building here and there, and yes this is going to have sort of military theme, since im going to use some decals from new `30 A Ford kit... Less talk and more pictures, so here we go so far.. Chassis is not finished yet so modifications for engine set up are going on there... Some of my scrach build details are bit rough, but arent bombers bit rough anyways?
Modelbuilder Mark Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 I like your direction, looking forward to seeing more.
Poppa mitch Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Good looking brake booster, more pictures soon.
Jantrix Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 I'm seeing a lot of brush painting. Do you not have access to spray cans?
Janne Herajärvi Posted August 1, 2016 Author Posted August 1, 2016 Thank you guys! More updates soon as i get something done.. I'm seeing a lot of brush painting. Do you not have access to spray cans? I use brush painting a lot, since i like paiting like that.. and i dont have place to paint with spray cans.. Im planning to get airbrushing box, so then i could use airbrush in my kitchen table.. Maybe some day.. but until then, im enjoying brush painting every single part..
Janne Herajärvi Posted August 2, 2016 Author Posted August 2, 2016 Thanks! Here is more progress.. Interior is close to get finished.. just little touch up painting here and there, steering wheel and pedals would be nice add too.. Misc engine parts... Camera will see what eye dont see... Take a metre step away from monitor and they look good.. Thats all this time..
