landman Posted August 24, 2016 Posted August 24, 2016 Made some progress on the 3 axle jeep, good use of a lowboy kit Nice job Seth. I have a dumb question for you. What is the difference between a jeep and a dog?
Yahshu Posted August 27, 2016 Posted August 27, 2016 This is going to be one cool set up, any chance of you posting some close up shots of the dash please, what I can see looks awesome. Thanks

What is the difference between a jeep and a dog?Let me rephrase the question so it doesn't sound like a riddle. I've heard of those referred to as dogs. Which is the correct term?
Yahshu Posted August 30, 2016 Posted August 30, 2016 Thanks for the dash close up, you do good detailing. Where did you get your hose/air line schematics from please, I asked this question a while back for my BJ & the Bear rig (it's sitting stored away awaiting diagrams for where all the lines get routed) but got nowhere (possible I missed it). Thanks and keep up the good work.

Let me rephrase the question so it doesn't sound like a riddle. I've heard of those referred to as dogs. Which is the correct term? sorry pat I thought I wrote you back! Oops! Well I think it really depends on where you live because I've heard a jeep be called a few different names but up here in the pacific northwest a jeep is in front of the lowboy and takes the load and a stinger or dog(dogleg) is be hind the low boy
Cummins1212 Posted August 30, 2016 Author Posted August 30, 2016 (edited) Thanks for the dash close up, you do good detailing. Thanks and keep up the good work. I do all of my lines from memory, I've relined a lot of trucks in my career so it's easy for me, here's some system diagrams to help you Edited August 30, 2016 by Cummins1212
Yahshu Posted August 30, 2016 Posted August 30, 2016 Wow,thank you very much, just what I need, can I use all the same size tubing or do you recommend different sizes for different lines. Once again thank you for posting these.
SpreadAxle Posted August 31, 2016 Posted August 31, 2016 Thanks for posting the KW release pic. I look forward to it I'm enjoying watching this one come together.
Cummins1212 Posted September 1, 2016 Author Posted September 1, 2016 Got the base cab stripes done, still have to add chrome and pinstripe the cab, wasn't planning on two tone stripes but my base coat didn't get along with my clear so it was either two tone stripes after lots of body work and masking or toss the cab. Glad I did the dark blue, will break up all the light Maui blue
gatorincebu Posted September 1, 2016 Posted September 1, 2016 Seth, Really nice colors and paint scheme. Good choice on the three tone paint job ! i like it ! Be Well Gator
