F&F/Tokyo Drift Monte Carlo detail parts??

While AMT is attempting to cash in on the Monte Carlo (and Mustang) from the movie, they didn't exactly do anything meaningful to the Monte other than to reissue the model (and apparently not w/the promised stock parts, but lowrider parts by mistake :roll: ).

Anyway, are there readily-available sources for a resin cowl-hood, wheels/tires (stock car kit or ??), and perhaps seats? I can handle the rest, and could make the cowl hood if necessary.

AFX makes a hood for the 70 Monte. It might take a while to get your order but the product is good.

Thanks; I've bought some of their stuff at a show and agree-they're supposedly coming to our show in November, so I can wait until then (I would have to wait for the order anyway considering all I've heard...).

Ya and the website says Wendell was bitten by a spider and thats why orders are backed up. I think they get a little overwhelmed and cant handle it all myself. Great stuff that they sell.

PSF Resin makes a nice '70 Monte cowl induction hood. I got it off ebaY last month. I have some old NASCAR-style wheels in my parts box, I plan to do one in a similar manner to the movie car...
