lghtngyello03 Posted January 27, 2017 Posted January 27, 2017 This one has been done for a week now, but I haven't had a chance to snap a couple of pics of it to put it under glass. Thanks everyone for following my build. This was a fun, quick build. I wish it were a later model 4 door so it would be like the current Sand Trooper that is out. Color is Tamiya TS-46 Light Sand, all weathering was Tamiya weathering kit products, and this was my first attempt at weathering something. Thanks everyone for looking.
Foxer Posted January 27, 2017 Posted January 27, 2017 aha! I just made a comment in your WIP but this looks perfect here as far as the shine I was seeing! Beautiful weathering!

Beautiful weathering! Thanks man! Yea the WIP pics don't do the weathering justice. Not bad for my first attempt?I mixed the Tamiya weathering powder in a little alcohol and shot it through my airbrush. Edited January 27, 2017 by lghtngyello03
NY Modeler Posted January 27, 2017 Posted January 27, 2017 I've had this on my list of kits to pick up for a while now, but seeing yours has got me motivated to pick one up this weekend. The weathering is just right.Excellent build!

Hubert Rollins Posted May 26, 2017 Posted May 26, 2017 Very, very tasteful weathering!! It's hard to do "just enough". I seem to always go a little too far when I get started...
