tbill Posted February 16, 2017 Posted February 16, 2017 amazing details on this build, incredibly life like, very well done.
Ed Dingo Posted February 21, 2017 Posted February 21, 2017 Awesome! Superb detailing! I could look at this for hours and not see everything. All kinds and types of modelers can get tips from looking at this build! Hats off to you!
truckabilly Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 This is a very nice build Juergen. You are a master of weathering techniques. The engine compartment with all the wires looks very realistic to me. I also like the small items you added, like the work gloves, chains and cables, wrenches and grease gun...... cool!As for a rust on the parts that do not rust, sometimes the corrosion is transfered from a steel structure nearby. It´s probably not the case here but it happens sometimes. Like I´ve seen some rusty stains on an aluminium cab. Even the aluminium cabs have some steel items incorporated. And they do rust.I do appreciate the amount of work you must have put in this build. Excellent!
D. Battista Posted March 26, 2017 Posted March 26, 2017 Don't get down to the Big Rigs too often... Glad I did on this one ! All I can say this is one of the most Awesome models I have seen built....!!
landman Posted March 26, 2017 Posted March 26, 2017 What can I say that hasn't been said. This is above and beyond. Fascinating result.
