I can't see clear enough to tell, but it looks like a 12v-92TT Detroit. The 92's differed from the 71's in that the 92's had 4 heads and 4 valve covers while still having a single block. The exhaust configuration and it looks like there may be two valve covers on this side makes me think that it is probably a 92 series 12 cylinder Detroit. If that is what this is, I would sure like to hear it run!

It also looks like there is a Detroit decal on the end of the hood similar to my avatar which is on the side of a Peterbilt hood.
