Dave Van Posted July 10, 2017 Posted July 10, 2017 I have decided to build many of the 1988 NASCAR Winston Cup series cars. I call it Project '88. I picked 88 for a number of reasons....most obvious is all the bodies were made in plastic!! I hope to build 20+ of the cars that year....split between the famous and the unknown. Rusty Wallace Pontiac is number one. Box stock other than added package shelf. Penngwen Hobbies decals, Tamiya and Dupli-color paints. DNL tire transfers. Thanks
Dragline Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 Looks good Dave. Loooooong way to go Buddy. Keep it on the bench.
bbowser Posted July 12, 2017 Posted July 12, 2017 Really looking forward to this Dave! This is about the time I re-entered the hobby with the Monogram and AMT NASCAR kits coming out. My favorite would have to be Bobby Allison's #12 Miller Buick in gold.
Jim N Posted July 12, 2017 Posted July 12, 2017 Looks great! You're off to a good start with your project. Good luck.
