Note: that most of the revell 66 Impala parts will not work on this resin wagon. The parts that do fit are the complete Chassis,suspession and engine, All that has to be trimmed is the top's of the rear wheel wells so the interior will fit unto the top of the chassis.

That's normal for resin. There's always the tweek to fit aspect.   Also check the fit of everything prior to painting.  Especially the glass, as some resin is thicker than a kit body.

ESPECIALLY the glass! Nothing drives me crazier than to see a very well built resin model, only to see the glass so "tunneled" in to the body, that it takes away from the whole build. :(

That is why I pre-build my models before paint. I hate surprises, and for what the resin trans kits cost, an accurate appearance is very important  to me. I have a Model Car World '66 Biscayne which will build the same way. However, I am not satisfied with the roof profile, so I will re-do it. I did my '65 Biscayne's back window, and it came out great.
