Lizz62 Posted August 6, 2017 Author Posted August 6, 2017 Did the cammer engine come with the kit?yes
Mercuryman54 Posted August 6, 2017 Posted August 6, 2017 This is not a cammer engine. The cammer was a 427 with a single overhead cam in each head. The Boss 429 was loosely a 385 series (429/460) block with "Hemi" heads. Ford called them Crescent heads. (combustion chambers).

Mercuryman54 Posted August 8, 2017 Posted August 8, 2017 Yes, those are very rare preproduction heads and rocker covers. A friend of mine has at least two pair of each. He restores Boss 9's. And Boss 302's
