For those not familiar with Mr Downey, imagine a cross between Arlo Guthrie, Bob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen and you might just touch the surface of how he was thought of in Canada.

I love their music I was fortunate enough to see them when they performed here, and again in Toronto on Canada day. Truly a talented singer, songwriter, and performer. He funded some amazing charitable projects too. Truly someone worth missing.

Sad day indeed. He's not just a Canadian hero, he is much beloved here in the states. Great band.

While I'm a notorious Metal Head I do like to change it up and TH is often in the rotation.
