I had this old Porsche which was very dusty, was missing a wiper and a door handle and two wheels had fallen off. I had used it as a prop in the dio. Decided to clean it up, gave it a shot of clear to revive it, reinstalled the wheels, installed a modified KFS wiper and fabbed a door handle.

Its engine was cleaned up, detailed and is going on display.

Wow, what techniques did you use on the flywheel/clutch? It looks remarkably realistic. 

Oh, nice save on the rest of the car.

The flywheel is a reduced photograph of the real thing.

Hahaha, that certainly explains the realism. Very clever as you can't tell that it's only a 2d representation. Always enjoy how you place the subject car into your diorama to illustrate that it's being worked on.

Here's a couple of truck engines using the same technique. Added meng nuts for relief.
