1968 single turbo pro 275 mustang

Since I failed at my first attempt to create a single turbo car, I am going to use what I learned to bring my messed up 68 mustang back to life. This is going to be another salvage build lol. Hopefully this is the last one.

I changed the set up on this car because the hood and exhaust fitted a lil but weird

I got a chance to te do the chassis on this car because it wasn’t straight at all

More chassis work, almost ready for paint. I’m actually gonna do it metallic purple with other accents to match the car color scheme

It’s a resin cast from a bbc I made a while back

Got the wing and scoop done. Thinking of what kind of splitter I schould do. Also need to open up the wheel wells in front

It always amazes me how many turbo setups there are out there. My 1:1 foxbody has one, and my setup is nothing like this. There doesn't seem to be a "right" way to do it. Did you make that turbo, or buy it somewhere? I was going to do a supercharger with my Chevy II model, but I might have to do something like this....

I made the turbo from a resin cast of the cold side I built way back for my 10.5 camaro (r.i.p)

The same camaro you're saving currently? What went wrong with it?

Nope, it was the purple 69 that I did that I kinda crushed on purpose ?
