Bucky Posted December 10, 2017 Posted December 10, 2017 I built this one several years ago: I used an AMT Dodge Li'l Red Truck kit, and the bed and boom from a Revell Midnight Cowboy tow truck kit. I used the front half of the Dodge frame, and the back half of the Revell frame. Woodland Scenics dry transfer lettering was used for the markings. I hope you like it!
426 pack Posted December 10, 2017 Posted December 10, 2017 Looks good. I like the motor it probably would have lots of power
Bucky Posted December 10, 2017 Author Posted December 10, 2017 Thanks, Cale! The engine is a cross ram big block MOPAR from an AMT '49 Mercury kit, with a Kris Morgan distributor.
DRIPTROIT 71 Posted December 10, 2017 Posted December 10, 2017 Very cool build! I like it!! Nice work!! Make sure the driver has a gas card. It looks thirsty! Great job!
Renegade Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 Great build and details. That engine should get him to the scene before they call no more wreckers.
espo Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 Great build. Very well thought out with the wrecker rigging and all the other details.
