Looks like some Sci-Fi building I'm making license plates for all of my builds. Found an imagine and a font, then played with sizing. Now I make a new plate for everything I do. The "garage" is some sort of sci-fi hangar. It has LED lights, and is fully expandable if I buy more. At some point, I'm going to try painting and weathering it.
