Ben Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 Does anyone offer three dimensional window cranks? The photo etch one’s are too flat.
afx Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 (edited) Replicas & Miniatures does. Using them on my current build. Edited January 22, 2018 by afx

Ben Posted January 22, 2018 Author Posted January 22, 2018 Great suggestion but it looks like a minimum order from Replicas and Miniatures would be $27.00 with shipping. I just need two window cranks.
crazyjim Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 Make a mold with Silly Putty or clay and fill in with Bondic.

I use mold putty instead of Silly Putty, but the result would be the same. With mold putty, you can save the mold for future use & use it over & over again. Most of my old annual interiors have had the original, (nearly non-existent) cranks replaced with ones that I have molded from Laser Bond & chromed with Molotow chrome. Steve
Russell C Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 Or you can make 'em out of assorted scrap material.
espo Posted January 23, 2018 Posted January 23, 2018 You might check the After Market / Resin section on this Forum. There is a section that lists many suppliers of aftermarket parts that may offer something that will help.
