Jim B Posted January 24, 2018 Posted January 24, 2018 This might be posted somewhere else on the Forums, but ICM has recently released their 2018 catalog https://issuu.com/icm2018/docs/catalogue_2018_small_c?e=32447008%2F57625963. It looks like they are planning to issue a crew for their 1/24 1914 Model T fire truck. They are also planning on issuing some 1/24 SWAT figures.
Bennyg Posted January 24, 2018 Posted January 24, 2018 They have some unusual subjects. I like the Standard B Liberty. I wonder if they would ever consider doing a modern big rig? Ben
Jim B Posted January 24, 2018 Author Posted January 24, 2018 I highly doubt it. I believe they are making plenty of money off of the 1/35 military stuff, that there is no reason to delve into 1/25 heavy trucks. Right now they're riding the "WWI 100th Anniversary Wave", so it's kind of cool to see some decent WWI stuff.
Dave Van Posted January 24, 2018 Posted January 24, 2018 I saw that Renault on the cover.......to bad it's 1/35 scale....may get one anyway.
Eshaver Posted January 24, 2018 Posted January 24, 2018 As a diorama builder , I'm thoroughly enjoying Henry Ford and his gang . The S W A T figures will play a part in the event I ever do an urban jungle scene .

Jim B Posted February 17, 2018 Author Posted February 17, 2018 I recently saw a photo of Renault FT17 tanks being hauled to the front in the bed of trucks. Naturally I cannot find the photo now, but I have the 1/35 Meng Renault FT17; and I'm not sure what to do with it. If the FT17 weighs 14400lbs, would the Liberty Truck be able to haul it?
