russosborne Posted March 6, 2018 Posted March 6, 2018 Jesse, Not a single one of those was a car kit. And all I've seen of what they do for cars has been low rider type stuff. Obviously I can be wrong, and hope I am. Just going on what I have seen of theirs in hobby shops in the past. Nothing against those who like low riders, but that isn't for me. I even went to their website. One car model kit, AMT's 70 Impala, and it was out of stock. What am I missing? Thanks, Russ
Force Posted March 6, 2018 Posted March 6, 2018 (edited) Pegasus have a good selection in the store with both new and old model kits...at least when I was there last...but their website is one of the worst I have seen for a company that wants to sell on line. Edited March 6, 2018 by Force
Sixx Posted March 6, 2018 Posted March 6, 2018 They do have some really nice products...the dinosaur kits, and the great white shark kits are freekin Awesome!!!!
unclescott58 Posted March 6, 2018 Posted March 6, 2018 Again, as noted before, the few Pegasus kits I've purchased and built are all top notch. As good of quality as Moebuis' kits as far as I'm concerned. But, on their manufacturing side, up to this point at least, has not been on cars. Maybe that will change if they see how well Moebuis' car and truck kits sell. Out of anybody who could take over Moebuis, I feel really good hearing that it's going to be Pegasus. Again, other than the lack of car kits, their manufactured model lineup seems to match Moebuis' pretty well.
Dave Van Posted March 6, 2018 Posted March 6, 2018 Don't judge Pegasus by their website for sure. I've been to their store in So Cal.......top 5 store of all time. And the folks behind Pegasus are good too. So between their work and first hand info....I think it will be OK.
