PatW Posted March 6, 2018 Posted March 6, 2018 France's answer to the beach buggy. Manufactured '60's to late '80's, main parts from Citroen 2CV saloon to 'trendy' open Sand 'n Surf vehicle. Originally had the 2CV's canvas roof and seats.

There is one problem with this one, the wheels are only one sided there are no backs to them so the tyres are always trying to roll off, because they are a tight fit and are of very soft rubber , so I stuck them on with superglue! Next time I'll make some wheel backs from plastic card to keep the tyres on! Edited March 6, 2018 by PatW
Lovefordgalaxie Posted March 7, 2018 Posted March 7, 2018 This is one odd looking car. Saw one in real life, and thought it was a van that someone had cut. You did a very nice job, it looks straight out of a caribbean resort beach.
