ranma Posted June 18, 2018 Posted June 18, 2018 Faced with what to do with some '66 Pontiac G.T.O. Parts such as the 389 engine, red line tires, and G.T.O rims. I decided to do something different to a '57 Chevy 150. I painted the rims to match the cars body, and used the 150's dog dish hub caps. While under the hood went the 389, which fit the chassis very well.
Snake45 Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 I like this a lot, and your paint looks very close to '57 Harbor Blue, my favorite '57 Chevy color. Well done and model on!

espo Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 Your build looks great. I like the engine transplant idea. I'll bet more than a few Tri-Five Chevys got engine transplants other than another Chevrolet engine.
olschoolkid Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 Very nice. I bet with the 389, this 57 is a great candidate for a stop light showdown lol.
