MFH seems to have "cross pollinated" the 289 FIA with a 427 in some areas. The shift lever is the 427 style, a 289 is straight and does not lean forward as a 427 does as well as being further forward on the tunnel.

I fixed the shift lever ...hole has been filled and a repaint of Matt black . Might be hard to see in the picture but the foot wells have been weathered with some NATO Black. It gives it a bit of a worn look. I plan to do this car as posted raced with a bit of weathering. I saw one when I was at a Pebble Beach this way.
