Dentz Posted July 9, 2018 Posted July 9, 2018 This was a 6 month labour of love. It is not quite done (headlights, door struts etc) but it's done enough to show. my cell phone happy friends don't care about hand made things but you folks do. That's why we are here. 1/24 Revelogram kit....HEAVILY modified. Sorry the pics are a little dark. I'll add brighter ones soon.
Oldcarfan27 Posted July 9, 2018 Posted July 9, 2018 Whoa, you did all that from the Monogram kit? I would've never even considered that one. Very impressive!
Dann Tier Posted July 9, 2018 Posted July 9, 2018 It is pretty impressive!!….fantastic job!!….its also great to see more exotics!!, I love my muscle cars, but lately I've been SOOOOO burned-out on them, that I don't know if I will even build anymore of mine. Maybe I should sell them, or trade them off for MORE exotics!! Keep up the great work!!!!
Dentz Posted July 9, 2018 Author Posted July 9, 2018 Thanks guys. This one took a good bit of surgery to open everything up and realign. the hardest part was mating the front clip back up since the body ends up bisected when you cut the doors free, that and making the passenger bucket fit. Wish I had done a WIP on it. The trunks were funnest part, ez to do and it looks great. the carpet in back is 800g sandpaper and the tool kit bag and straps up front are made of masking tape, as well as the seat belts
spencer1984 Posted July 13, 2018 Posted July 13, 2018 Nicely done, and bonus points for starting with that kit!
Funkychiken Posted July 13, 2018 Posted July 13, 2018 Considering it's from monogram, it's mightily impressive
