Where do you find YOUR inspiration ?

My inspiration comes from everywhere it seems. I love discovering images in magazines,on line,when we travel,at model shows,etc. Some many fantastic things have either been designed or built by amazingly talented people over the last century that I'll run out of time to build most of them before I run out of ideas. I have large bulletin board on the wall right beside my model workbench with the heading "Headbone Nationals" across the top of it. It's covered with sketches and pix of projects that inspire me to keep chipping away at the constant parade of cool stuff runs through my head.

Various things can strike my fancy. A lot of times, I'll happen to see a particular car at a show, and then when I get home do some digging and get some good shots of the engine, chassis, interior, and of course body shots in case there's some correcting I have to do.

Pre internet, magazines were all I had and those were a source of inspiration. Of course, the main thing is once I get that itch to start a model, seeing it through hopefully without a lot of hangups is the trick!

I have multiple sources, but The Voices is my favorite. Sometimes I find historic cars when Googling around. I too have a notebook, but techie geek that I am, I keep it in Evernote.
