Another build I found when unpacking things my ex packed.  Still looks good.  Been in case since complete.   Built when kit was new.  Wish I woulda white letterd BOTH sides.

My ex did do a mostly careful job of packing.   150+ cars in cases and she was very careful with those.  Some of the loose ones didn't fare as well.  But I can't say anything about how she packed the models.

Glad to see your X respected your builds, it usually doesn't work that way I can assure you. Your Firebird looks great, just letter the other tires to match.

Top notch Pontiac!! The color is just right for a Firebird. Stance looks aggressive...in a good way!

My ex slammed a '68 Caddy convertible(JoHan) to the hardwood floor once. Never did find all the newly formed itty bitty parts!

I rebuilt it using some parts bin custom parts, and I still have it!

Thanks.  The stock wheels looked so small, so those were the alternates in the box I am pretty sure.   I don't usually build with blowers and scoops and such, but this one needed something.  I wanted stock, but the kit wheels just didn't work for me.

Thanks for all your compliments.  I think this is done in true candy style - with a silver base and trans red over it.  I think.  Hard to remember all the details.

Great looking build. Agreed the lettering does look much better. You are a lucky man to have had your EX-wife do such a respectable job packing your models. How many horror stories have we herd over the years of ex-wives trashing models. Looking forward to seeing more gems you find.
