Mister Twister Posted October 30, 2018 Posted October 30, 2018 I built this dio in 1994. It has survived two major moves from Tennessee to Florida and back again with 2 small moves within state. What is remarkable is that I still own it. I have been known to sell off my built models from time to time. I built this to honor my grandpa and his cattle business way back in the 1930's when they (his brothers) bought and sold cattle on a weekly basis at the local auction barn. Thanks and I hope you enjoy.
Anglia105E Posted October 30, 2018 Posted October 30, 2018 Very interesting truck from the 1930's Darryl, and a diorama you can still be proud of, in honor of your grandpa. Don't sell this one! David
Red318 Posted October 31, 2018 Posted October 31, 2018 Lovely old Mack, and the family connection makes this one special.
Gramps46 Posted October 31, 2018 Posted October 31, 2018 Thank you for sharing the diorama and the family back story. They are both great.
GlueTube Posted October 31, 2018 Posted October 31, 2018 Well done Sir, I can imagine the smell the live stock! Regards Brian Kroon.
