Willys COE Truck?

I see that Jimmy Flintstone makes a casting of what they call a 1941 Willys COE.  Searching the net and a couple of ID books I have don't reveal any such thing.  Is this a fantasy or did it really exist?

Nope, that is post WW2, the one I'm asking about is 1941 and looks more like the Fords, Dodges and Chevys of the time.

No that's a fantasy thing, the only COE from Willys I know of is the FC above.
